11 months is average, it takes to sell a second hand property in Spain, compared to 8 that it took just a year ago, according to study by the portal idealistic.
In 2004, Barcelona took on average 2.5 months and the trend is that it is still up that average of 11 months, which have to be lowering prices and mortgages back otherwise this next 2010 will be very similar to 2009.
