The XIII International Film Festival on Human Rights is proud to have the presence of national and international guests, directors, technicians and musicians who attend different projections of their respective films.

Voices is one of those movies that can be appreciated both by children and adults, surpassing aesthetic prejudices and transmitting, in turn, a realistic view of the facts, naive and heartbreaking, from a cartoon series, made
for Colombian children who are immersed in the horror of war, who tell their story in person. In this workshop we intend to think about wealth testimonial of the drawings that make the film as a vehicle for expression of stories in which the suspension of rights to property, to have a family, education, health and life itself is naturalized to through violence.

Carles Bosch journalist began his career as a filmmaker with an Oscar nomination for his debut "Rafters" (2004). The second, "September" (2007) was a finalist for the Joris Ivens IDFA festival in Amsterdam.
In this thirteenth edition Carles Bosch participates in the Official Competition Documentary Feature to "Bike, spoon, apple work on Alzheimer's with President Maragall as the main protagonist.
