Rental Tax relief and help for younger
The Prime Minister, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, and the Housing Minister, Carme Chacón, presented at the Palacio de la Moncloa the two measures of its plan to facilitate access to housing, they want to enter into force on 1 January.
The Government creates a direct payment of 210 € a month for young people who earn less than 22,000 € a year.
The first of these measures is to tax relief for rental for lower income, regardless of age.
The second is a concrete measure aimed at facilitating young people's access to housing.
This is a direct payment of 210 euros per month for youth between 22 y 30 años que cobren menos de 22.000 euros al año, que son ocho de cada diez, según el propio presidente del Gobierno. Además, el plan prevé un préstamo de 600 euros para la fianza exigida por los propietarios y un aval de seis meses.
